2. Orders and pricing

    2.1 Customers will be given an exact price for the work that they have requested at the point of purchase. All fees must be paid for in advance.

    2.2 We reserve the right to change our price points at any time, without prior notice.

3. Delivery

    3.1 All content is ordered and delivered to clients through the website. All orders must include specific details about the exact nature of the customer requirements which will be used to create the brief. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that the information that they have provided as part of the brief is accurate and complete. Any disputes which arise out of the finished content will refer back to the original brief as the main point of reference.

    3.2 When customers place an order they will choose from two available delivery options, standard or express. Standard deliveries can expect to be delivered in 5-7 days, and express deliveries can expect to be delivered within 2-3 days.

    3.3 Once an order has been accepted and confirmed, contact is made with the customer where the writer will write the copy according to the brief which has been supplied by the customer.

    3.4 Customers can cancel an order with a writer at any time but they will not be able to get a refund if the writer has already started working on the project.

    3.5 If customers are unhappy with any aspect of the copy then they must contact us within seven working days of the copy being delivered.

4. Refunds

    4.1 All refund requests must be made within seven working days of the copy being delivered and all refunds will be issued at our sole discretion.

    4.2 If a refund is accepted then this will be paid back into the account which the original payment was made from.

5. Order Cancellations

    5.1 We reserve the right to cancel orders at any time which we believe to contain any references to defamatory, illegal or offensive material.

    5.2 Our services are not suitable for any academic purposes and we reserve the right to cancel any orders at our sole discretion which we may believe to have an academic purpose.

    5.3 We reserve the right to close or terminate the accounts of any customers which we believe have violated any of our terms and conditions.
